I got them to replace my multiple sets of latex bands that don't do well in a tropical climate with no AC. They were always degrading and snapping. These cloth bands are sturdy and well-made and are much more comfortable. They are about four inches in width and they don't fold up, so you don't get that digging, strangulation feeling when the tension is tight. They have a non-slip strip on the inside, which is nice to keep them in place. I have only used them over clothes so not sure how that would feel on bare skin, but you could always flip them inside out and have the smooth cloth side to your skin if the non-slip side pinches. They are less stretchy overall than latex bands so I don't think they would work well if you want a lot of stretch for an exercise. For example, you couldn't put them under your feet and do arm raises. You aren't going to get them to stretch more than about 24 inches across. But they are ideal for Pilates and toning workouts where you have a band around above your knees or at the or at your wrists and you aren't attempting a large range of motion, just small pulses with tension. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy these Bands - They’re Great! *by A***G on July 15, 2020* These bands are perfect! I’ve used other resistance bands, rubber ones and thera bands. The other bands pinch and roll, and the rubber ones break. These 5 star bands are sturdy and comfortable. They provide excellent resistance and never roll or pinch. They stay in place and are soft fabric with grippy silicone. I do legs about 3 times a week. I’ve had these for about 2 months and they work great. They snap right back in to place. It comes with a little pouch for you to put your bands in.
