Best headphones I've ever experienced. Battery life is amazing! The sound is truly incredible and these work on both PS5 and Xbox Series X systems! The only downside is that you need to unplug the oddly shaped dongle and plug it into your other system and flip the input switch. Also the chat mix on PS5 doesn't work - but that's a small price to pay for only having to use one headphone for multi systems. Very comfortable too! Another feature that I didn't expect to be such a game changer is allowing you to connect to a bluetooth device WHILE also being connected to your game system. Meaning that you can listen to Podcasts, Music or even take phone calls if you are connected to your phone! Never again will I ever miss an important text message notification while gaming. I love these headphones and I'm sure you will too!

Bought this for my PC and they compliment my Xbox too whenever I use it. Love the wireless features and long battery life. But... they turned off (but actually, remove) the one thing that made their SteelSeries GG app really good. The cloud sync function. tl;dr headphones good. software bad cos of the removal of cloud sync.

After weeks of researching a new headset for my Xbox, I finally decided on the Arctis 7X+ and couldn't be happier with my choice. My old TurtleBeach headset had served me well but was well past its prime and no longer working. I spent a lot of time reviewing various headsets and was torn between another TurtleBeach and the Arctis 7X+. After reading numerous reviews and watching videos on YouTube, I made my decision and I'm thrilled with it. The sound quality is excellent, and the headset is very comfortable to wear. I especially like the red LED indicator on the mic that shows when it's muted. Although I'm still getting used to the layout, I love it so far. I was initially curious about how the USB-C adapter would work with my Xbox One X, which doesn't have a USB-C port. Thankfully, the headset comes with a USB adapter of decent length, allowing it to connect to a USB port in the back if needed.
