Samsung is unfit for washing machines i blindly buy for a brand of samsung. Wast of money pulslater is very slow even cloths not rotating when rinse. Spin also very low for this purpose the clothes not evenly balanced to drum if not balanced cloths sure vibration is more. Totally tech defect . Must learn from other brands. Past my last Waching machine panasonic when we use past Panasonic compare to that total disappointed ☹️ now i understand the technology about old machine. I tought normal any big brands works same But not......tech formula different depends on brand. Must use expensive liquid detergent nd quantity bit more other wise our clots not clear properly in this low pulslater Buld quality is 100 💯💪 good When I compare to LG this time purchase I tought machine so strong buld quality so I purchased Working 5 star ⭐

8kg capacity is sufficient, design and product quality is good, this must be value for money, product installation was good, less vibration, washing quality is good. Totally satisfied. Thankyou Samsung

I bought this washing machine(8kgs) in march and I have used it 5 times in 10 days and went to my hometown for a couple of months and after coming back in may, it worked fine for a couple days but it started making noise and the tub getting stuck and not moving during all the cycles. So I have complained to Samsung service center and they sent a technician the next day and he confirmed that the pub motor is not working properly and needs to be replaced. He said that it will take a week at max as they need to order the part and it needs to be delivered from Noida. I was okay with the timeline. I have waited for a week but no one called or visited. After a week there was a message saying that the part is available now and a technician is assigned for this ticket, but no one showed up. If I call the technician number in the message, he won’t pick up at all and after repeated tries for 2 days, the technician picked the call and said that a wrong part was delivered and they have re ordered the correct part and it will be delivered within 2 days. So I waited but no one called or showed up. So I called the technician again repeatedly for a day but he didn’t pick up. So I called the support again and got the service center number. I called the service center and they say that the part is still not delivered at all and they don’t know when it will be available. It’s been 3 weeks and no support has been provided. The service of Samsung has degraded a lot these days. It has been a nightmare.

I bought this machine trusting the Samsung brand name, but it has failed to deliver. Clothes are only ~80% dry after washing, water constantly drips from the detergent drawer, and unused detergent builds up inside the pocket. To make matters worse, the "Quick Wash" setting takes over 40 minutes instead of the standard 12–15 minutes. Definitely not worth the price.

The 8 kg capacity is suitable for family use and we can wash more clothes in one load. Washing quality is good and Ecobubble technology helps in proper cleaning. It is easy to operate and has useful wash programs like quick wash, jeans, bedding and normal. The 5 star rating and digital inverter motor are also good for energy saving. The design looks nice and the stainless steel drum is a good feature. The 700 RPM spin speed helps remove water from clothes, and the magic filter is useful for collecting lint. Water level options, child lock and tempered glass lid are added advantages. It is also suitable for hard water washing, which is helpful for regular use. Overall, good performance for daily laundry and the 8 kg capacity is enough for a family. It has useful features, decent washing quality and easy controls. Happy with the overall features and it feels like a good value for money product. Obviously the vibration will b there for any washing machine , But i found bit low only - Good one
