I found this mirror that was not only the perfect replacement for my mirror but it was the exact same product, including manufacturer and model, etc. My old mirror in my 2007 Toyota Corolla LE had peeling issues, so I looked for replacements and tried a few others but they all vibrated way too much, no matter what I did. Then I found this mirror and the car 'filter' on Amazon said that this mirror would not fit my car! But in zooming in on the images, I found it was the exact same mirror as my old mirror, only in new condition, so I made the purchase, and it fit perfectly! No vibrations and worked as well as my old mirror but without the peeling issues around the edges! So glad I made the purchase! Great product!

After much frustration with the cheap, small and wobbly mirror replacement that I got after a windshield replacement, THIS was the PERFECT solution. I read all the reviews on the competitors and this was supposed to be sturdy; it is! I have a small truck and it's a 9" wide mirror and that's perfect. Thank you Amazon reviewers. This is a super product at the perfect price and it was a breeze to install. Two minutes and I was done.

I have my Jeep in the shop for some work. The rearview mirror was somehow broken. Not the mirror but the attachment portion that holds to the plug glued to the windshield. This mirror closely resembles the original mirror. I it is not the finest mirror glass quality, it is plenty adequate. Installation is easy, have a Torx driver to do so. It is fully adjustable and has the switch lever to help deflect the lights behind you from your eyes. I wish the description of this mirror and the many others listed on Amazon would offer the distance between the "foot" on the holding mechanism to the plug on the windshield. If you need a windshield plug, it is not included in the box. I did not need one so all was good. All in all was a very good value.

I installed this mirror in a particularly rough riding SUV. Didn’t need a high tech auto-dimming mirror - just something that could handle a lot of bouncing around and vibration. It’s held up well for several years already, and shows no indication of giving up - still tight and doing it’s job.

Bought for replacement on vintage Jeep restoration.. just what we needed!

My 2001 SAAB convertible's rearview mirror had the silver disintegrating around the edges, just looked horrible - this seems to be universally the case on cars like mine. Used mirrors were almost twice as much as this one on ebay, and all had the same issue, likely no better than mine. Found this one online and took a chance. I can confirm that it is almost identical to the simple stalk rearview mirrors SAAB used on the OG9-3 and NG900 convertibles, SAAB OE #4603106. Made by same manufacturer (Donnelly) that SAAB used, plastic pattern and design nearly identical. Carefully pry up the clip holding on your OEM mirror (watch while entire mirror goes flying;) and then just slide this new one on, it mounts perfectly to the original "button" glued to the windshield. Tighten set screw and adjust mirror positioning to your liking. Super easy. This is new, and the same OEM quality as far as I can tell, and even a SAAB enthusiast would be hard pressed to notice that its not original (other than it looks too good to be +20 years old).

READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW PLEASE. This does NOT fit a 1980 CJ7! Says it will fit 1972 to 2002. Problem is the pad of the original mirror is only 7/8", the replacement mirror is designed for a 1" pad. Am in touch with product support right now but suggest if you need a mirror before ordering take the one you have off and measure it. Note this is a good looking mirror and will dress up your windshield which was my plan until it didn't fit but customer support was right on top of it and had some suggestions. The thing is they seem to care about your experience with them--you just don't get people that care about you so I raised my stars from one to five. Think this is a very good company to deal with.

At first when I slid the new mirror onto the little piece of metal glued onto the window, it juggled around on me while I was driving and I thought something was wrong. When I took a closer look at it I realized it had a little screw down bolt and that you need a number 3 square head screwdriver to lock the mirror down onto the metal piece it wraps around. Now all is good. It's a very nice, high quality mirror in my opinion
