The problem with this product is very poor suction, especially with harder things, like onion, sweet pepper. And eventually, after maybe 10 uses, the main plastic part broke to pieces like you see on the picture. Since 7 month passed from the purchase date, thre is no return, I have to throw this junk in garbage!!!

After about two hour use, pressing a cookie dough, the lock ring cracked. It seems that the plastic is too thin. I reached the manufacturer in Germany, but they replied that they cannot ship parts to the US, but that the product has a 2 year warranty which I should resolve with Amazon. However, there it indicated that the window to do anything about the product expired. Yet we are only 1 1/2 year in the warranty period. I managed to repair it using a glue and a permanent steel clamp, it is strong, but looks a bit awkward. I is a great product, but just be aware.

The perfect way to make cookies fast. Easy to clean, easy to work, my niece loves to use it. We made over 200 cookies with this. It’s strong and durable to make any cookie.

It was the best I’ve used. The suction held tight to the work surface, freeing one hand to “catch” cheese straws. Definitely would buy again.

Purchased this to make my Grandma's biscuit recipe. I could not find the same one she would crank cookie shapes out of but this was close! Hers also doubled as a meat grinder, as does this one but I am not sure if I will ever need that function. Perfect cookie producer here!

Waouawww mais quelle surprise ! Je doutais au début pour l'acheter mais après avoir lu quelques avis, je me suis lancée et je l'ai achetée. Je ne m'en séparerai plus du tout pour faire mes biscuits de Noël. Elle est simple d'utilisation mais ne faites pas la même bêtise que moi à vouloir lire la notice trop rapidement, j'ai installé l'appareil sur la table du salon. Cependant, la grosse ventouse n'adhérait pas correctement car la table était en bois et présentait des nervures, ce qui empêchait à la ventouse de pouvoir s'accrocher. J'ai donc repris le mode d'emploi et là, le miracle se produisit : il fallait la placer sur la plaque de cuisson. Quel miracle, réellement ! Une fois que la machine est bien installée, elle fait des merveilles. Alors foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus.
