Looked at very expensive monitors similar to this one and decided to give a couple of these a try. No regrets. Very good picture and monitor is solidly built. SDI and HDMI inputs and loop through were deciding factors. Only wish the battery operation allowed a choice of this battery mount and Anton Bauer good mount. But wasn't a deal killer. Very happy so far after about a month of use. Review: Great value and sharp picture - Sharp image, SDI loop out, and all the useful functions you would expect from a production monitor. And includes a sunshade, great bonus. ## Features - 17.3 Inch Full HD (1920X1080) Resolution,High Brightness: 400cd/m2, High Contrast: 600:1, Response Time: 40ms, Viewing Angle: 80°/80°(L/R)60°/80°(U/D) - 3 colors built-in LED tally light (red, green, yellow) - Full metal cabinet, high impact resistance,anti-interference - Multiple inputs:3G-SDI / HDMI / YPbPr / Video / Audio(L/R) / DVI-I, outputs: 3G-SDI / HDMI / YPbPr / Video, audio: 3.5mm stereo headphone jack / build-In speaker - Standard Accessories:3A DC Power Adapter, V Battery Plate, Mini HDMI Cable, Tally Kit, Sunshade, U bracket, Operation Manual ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01M1DNGVA | | Additional Features | hd-movie, raw | | Aspect Ratio | 16:9 | | Best Sellers Rank | #133 in Video Monitors #2,294 in Computer Monitors | | Brand | SEETEC | | Brightness | 400 candela_per_square_meter | | Color | P173-9HSD | | Connectivity Technology | HDMI | | Contrast Ratio | 600:1 | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 36 Reviews | | Display Resolution Maximum | 1920 x 1080 | | Display Technology | LCD | | Display Type | LCD | | Hardware Connectivity | HDMI, mini HDMI | | Image Contrast Ratio | 600:1 | | Item Weight | 3.3 kg | | Manufacturer | Zhangzhou SEETEC Optoelectronics Technology Co.,Ltd | | Model Name | P173-9HSD | | Model Number | P173-9HSD | | Mounting Type | Wall Mount | | Native Resolution | 1920x1080 | | Number of Component Outputs | 6 | | Pixel Pitch | 0.26 | | Resolution | FHD 1080p | | Response Time | 40 milliseconds | | Screen Finish | Glossy | | Screen Size | 17.3 inches | | Screen Surface Description | Glossy | | Specific Uses For Product | hd-movie | | Total Number of HDMI Ports | 2 | | Viewing Angle | 80 degrees | ## Product Details - **Aspect Ratio:** 16:9 - **Brand:** SEETEC - **Resolution:** FHD 1080p - **Screen Size:** 17.3 inches - **Screen Surface Description:** Glossy ## Images ![17.3" 300nit - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61DXtdcacML.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great monitor for the price Great Picture *by W***A on August 3, 2020* Needed an SDI monitor for my talent for sports remotes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value and sharp picture *by P***K on August 12, 2017* Sharp image, SDI loop out, and all the useful functions you would expect from a production monitor. And includes a sunshade, great bonus. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just fine for the price *by J***R on December 17, 2021* I disagree with claims that this monitor is too dim for outside use. It does fine for me. It is a value monitor and has done what was needed. Be aware that the 4K option ONLY works with the HDMI input. They fail to mention that in the description. My power supply failed almost immediately but that was a simple replacement from radio shack. The sun shade was a nice perk but it will need to be modded to fit with the stand. I didn’t expect perfection and am pleased so far. ## Frequently Bought Together - SEETEC P173-9HSD 17.3 Inch 1920x1080 Desktop Monitor for Broadcast LCD Monitoring with 3G-SDI HDMI AV YPbPr - NEEWER Monitor Mount Adapter with VESA Mount, Aluminum Alloy Light Stand Adapter Dual 360° Ball Joint M4 Screw & 5/8" Receiver for Impact Screen Outdoor TV Stand, Max Load 14lb/6.3kg, MA001 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.id/products/46220635-17-3-300nit](https://www.desertcart.id/products/46220635-17-3-300nit) --- *Product available on Desertcart Indonesia* *Store origin: ID* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
