Once it stopped allowing me to charge my phone while in the case, I had to start removing the phone each time it needed charging. This happened after only a month of using! Because I had to constantly remove and reattach the case, the probe that inserts into the phone broke. Since it was inexpensive, I decided to buy myself another. Again, it worked great until it didn't...after about a month. I sent a message to the company through Amazon 2 weeks ago and have still not heard back from them.
