Good product. Was a little to harsh for me I am more sensitive to the electricity shocks of these units but my daughter absolutely loves using it with her anxiety attacks.

I have always seemed to have problems sleeping. I was hoping I wasn't wasting money on something that wasn't going to work. You can't review it without giving it at least one star, but it doesn't deserve any. The instructions are sketchy. The design hides the control buttons, you need keen sight and strong light to see them. Tried it for 3 nights and it didn't help me sleep. I was tired and drowsy turned on the device and got in bed. After 1 1/2 hours I was still awake so put it on the shelf. It apparently turns itself off after 15-20 minutes, I had to keep turning it back on. A waste of money.
