Clamp: The clamp mares up the pipe pretty bad, so don’t expect pretty results. And none of the parts line up nicely so you can’t clamp down very securely. Thread dies : If you’ve never used one before, the arrow on the ratchet changes the direction it rotates, which I didn’t understand first so I was trying to use it backwards. Thinking it wasn’t working, I tried to adjust the dies using a pre-made pipe thread. This proved to be absolutely impossible without filing away at the cutouts that hold them because the holes were smaller than the dies. After all that it worked out and you can see the result on half inch pipe in the pic above. I can’t comment to its precision from the factory because I adjusted it before I realized I was using it wrong. Cutter: Worked perfectly, this was the highest quality part of the kit. Just go slow.
