Cheap and sturdy. Perhaps a bit heavy for some but i will just hold closer to the hammerhead when i need a more delicate control

I needed a hammer for my mechanics tool box but I didn't want to lug around a heavy hammer so I compromised on this small ball pein hammer and I'm very happy with it. The small size is handy for tight spaces but can't deliver a lot of impact force for very stubborn objects, but I can partially compensate by swinging the lightweight hammer faster. It punches well above its weight class and still allows me to (barely) lift my large steel toolbox. The build quality is very good and I expect this to be a durable tool that I won't need to replace.

Nice small hammer. I bought the 12oz. You won't be building your shed with this, its a small hammer. Perfect for use with a center punch, that type of thing. A precision job type hammer. Nicely finished I must say.
