I've always been dealing with lower back pain from working in an office chair 8 hours a day. Could never find a good stretch that would help relax my muscles and align my spine properly. Been using this device for 5 minutes a day in the evening and I'm surprised how much better I feel. I am no longer constantly laying on the ground stretching or having my daughter walk on my back to pop it :) For the price point I very highly recommend giving it a shot.

Easy to put together, a little difficult to use starting out, but stay with it - you'll find it worthwhile. 40 years of sitting at an office desk with computer, plus computer at home, plus overweight and not getting regular exercise, I was always hunched over and easily tired standing. Started using this along with yoga breathing; after 1-2 minutes, spine would relax little by little and so would upper body. Felt really good. Could only tolerate short periods at first, later able to lengthen and enjoy the relaxed muscles more. Use with knees bent, feet on floor (or mat or bed).

Now this thing has never once been able to pop my back and it hurts like a mother but in a good way. While my back never pops it still definitely helps to decompress it and reduce the total pain by a lot. I'd reccomend one of these especially because of the price.

I bought this because at 27 years old I twisted wrong and felt like I couldn't stand up. After a few days of pain and my back feeling tight I followed the steps with the included instru tons. After the first use my pain was maybe half of what it was. After the third and fourth days of use I hardly had any pain left. After 2 weeks of not using, I still don't have any pain, but when I do I use it again and poof. Instant relief. Also was a great way to crack my own back.

If you weigh over 175 lbs this product will not work as intended. I weigh 185 and when I lay my back on it to stretch or adjust the soft plastic buckles to eliminate any potential stretch I might get. Why not say it is only good up to a certain weight. I was so disgusted I didn’t even bother returning it. Bottom line is it needs to be stiffer so it doesn’t collapse.

This back stretcher is excellent for lower back pain. I use it every morning for the time suggested and it gives relief. It also helps pop my back. I use it more often for my lower back but raise it higher for any upper back pain or discomfort and then feel my back pop, what a relief! Highly recommend this affordable product

If you're looking for a good product to help you stretch or get those cracks down your spine for a nice fulfilling feeling well KEEP LOOKING cause that ain't gonna happen with this trashy piece of plastic. The design is poor and the product itself is so cheaply made. I'm a skinnier guy and this thing came close to snapping a few times. Save your money and learn some stretching techniques or find a better product but run... run as fast as you can from this product.
