Source Naturals Glucosamine Chondroitin Complex with MSM, 60 Tablets

Background: I had generally sore knees for many years (normal wear and tear), and I tore my meniscus at the end of 2012 (age 29). I opted not to have surgery. Friends suggested that I start taking Glucosamine and Chondritin to help improve the condition of my knee. After further research, I learned that MSM should also be taken, so this product was ideal, as it contained all three. I also looked up physical therapy routines for a torn meniscus, and started doing them every day. Once I was able to exercise again, I started doing that as well (running, weight-lifting, and soccer). In 2013, the knee with the torn meniscus felt even better than the non-injured knee. Of course, this could be because I was so diligent with the self-imposed physical therapy. In 2014, and through to today (February 2015, turning 32 years old in May), I have had NO KNEE PAIN AT ALL IN EITHER KNEE! According to my research on this product, the effects are cumulative, and require regular, long-term use. Because of this, I believe that my knees are in such great shape compared to 4 years ago because of the Glucosamine/Chondritin/MSM. The physical therapy could explain the improvement of the injured knee, but the fact that the wear-and tear pain on the non-injured knee is also gone convinces me that this product played a significant part. FYI, I started off taking 3 per day per the instructions, but eventually dropped down to taking 2 per day once my knee pain was gone. I still take two per day, despite having no knee pain for over a year. UPDATE: Around June 2015, I (think I) tore my meniscus in my other knee. I didn't actually go to a doctor this time, because it wasn't as bad as the first tear - I could actually lift my leg this time! Upped this to 3 per day again, and started doing the physical therapy routines. If I remember, I'll update the review again with results. UPDATE, May 2016. Both knees are fine again, and I dropped back down to 2 per day earlier this year. I'm not as diligent with taking them daily, which could possibly explain the occasional soreness in either knee. The soreness is minor, rare, and NOTHING compared to the two meniscus tears. Who knows if it's this product that has helped me all these years. One thing's for sure - I'm not gonna stop taking it!

I am an active 53 year old female. Started taking these about 4 years ago for joint stiffness in my hands, just gripping the steering wheel while driving was bothersome. Took 3/day as part of my daily regimen. The results were not immediate, but after 3-4 months I noticed any discomfort I had was gone. Since my 20's, my knees have made a clicking sound (no pain) whenever climbing stairs. I was Almost dumbfounded when I realized my knees no longer creak and crack when climbing stairs. This stuff works.

My knees have been aching and sore nearly every day for the last year or so. I did some reading on the internet and found that this is a good supplement to take for aching joints. I was skeptical, but thought I would give it a try. After taking them for about 3 weeks my knees are no longer sore all day every day. Yes, some days I still experience some soreness but I'd say it's much less intense and much less frequent than before I started taking these. Whether it is because of this supplement or some other factor I'm not sure, but all I know is that I'm happy my pain has, for the most part, gone away. The recommended daily dosing is 3 tablets / day but I have been taking 1 / day (I am a women and fairly small so I decided to start with a lower dose). The tablets are an ok size, by no means small but not as large as some I have seen. I'd say they're about the size of your average multivitamin. These came quickly through amazon and they were a good price, especially using subscribe and save. Overall I am very satisfied and will purchase again!

I've been using this product daily for more than a decade ... ever since I fractured my patella & tore the cartilage underneath. It completely takes away any soreness or aches in the knee. If I happen to forget to take it for a few days (like when on vacation), my knee lets me know it! This product really works!!!

I have a complicated ankle degeneration problem including arthritis and have had the problem for over 25 years. Tried many therapies, etc. This is one of only a few supplements that have made any difference. And I've tried many different joint supplements. Sometimes, MSM worked for me for a while, but not on a sustained basis. This seems to be helping longer term. Bicarb-balance is the other that also seems like it might be helping but it's hard to tell for sure since I'm not testing scientifically. Only 4 stars because it's not a cure. I use 1 with each meal, 6 days a week.

My papillon has had 3 knee surgeries and I wanted her to have some support as she aged. She also has severe allergies so she couldn't take any of the "doggy" pills that have flavors and other additives. She's been on these for 3 years now and has never had an issue with them. I do break them in half for her and so far so good. She is 9 now and still very active so I'm hoping that these pills are going to keep her bones/joints healthy for a long time.

I developed a huge lipoma on my back when I started to take them. As soon as I stopped taking them, the lipoma disappeared. Just a word of warning, since many of these vitamins are not even tested by the FDA and studies show that many so called vitamins actually cause cancer.

以前、別のところで購入していました。今回、Amazonさんの方が安かったので初購入。商品到着までに注文から10日間位かかりました（以前のところは何日だったか忘れた）が、梱包や返品の場合の説明書同封など丁寧な印象です。 私は首痛があるのと、以前なにかの拍子で膝を痛めたのもあって、こちらを買ってみましたが効果がありました。首痛は他の要因もあるので完治はしませんが痛みはやや緩和しますし、膝痛はなくなりました。 定期的に飲んでるわけではありませんが関節を痛めたとき用に家に常備しています。 錠剤は海外品のためかやや大き目です。私は大丈夫でしたが、喉のひっかかりが気になる方は割るか、噛み砕くなどして飲む方が良いかもしれません。

飲み始めて1ヶ月、朝はまだ痛みはありますが、夕方すぎになると痛くなっていたのが無くなった気がします。
