received well packed product on time. i am already using this brands microphone and impressed with the quality. Thats why bought new ones from the same brand. quality is top class. battery life is almost 2times. Easy to use. needs some time for first time user to get used to noise cancellation, echo and other features. One unique feature of this microphone is that you can use this without actually attaching it to a phone, by just using wired headphone provided in the box with the receiver. For my radio interview, this is a very useful feature.

Received Defective Product Two Times
I ordered this Digitech mic twice from Amazon, and both times it arrived with a broken mic clip. This isn’t a one-off mistake—it shows poor quality control and careless handling. On top of that, returning and reordering wasted my time for absolutely nothing. The mic itself might be decent, but it’s useless if essential parts are broken on arrival. Overall, a very disappointing experience and pathetic service from Amazon. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re ready to deal with returns and frustration.
