Works well and feels "OEM"
Worked great on my 2017 RX350. The unit was relatively easy to install if you are confident in removing car panel pieces. Manual was missing a few bits of installation information but the seller (ninetom) was quick to respond to help with the installation. After a long trip with it and a few weeks of use, here are some things that I have learned about the unit. - Installation for my car with the remote touch joystick, OEM nav, and 12.3in screen required use of an extra cable that was in the box but not in the manual. The cable had to be plugged into the joystick in order to prevent the joystick from "clicking" on both the OEM screen and the CarPlay screen at once. Do not plug in the cable that draws extra power from the screen. - Movement on the CarPlay screen is limited to "left/right" and "page up/page down". This isn't the same navigation that you'd expect as on the OEM screen, so it takes a bit to get use to but it works relatively well once you understand it. I think it might be marginally better than the original system since you don't have to be as precise with the movements, but typing on it is a chore. - In order to get the steering wheel controls to work, you need to enable "no swap" on the steering wheel controls option in the menus. - I'm no audiophile but the audio sounds relatively okay on my Mark Levinson system out of the box and the display looks relatively crisp for a wireless connection. A little compression can be seen if you are looking closely but it is not an issue while driving. Overall it looks really nice on the large display. - Wireless CarPlay connects pretty quickly and reliably for my iPhone 12 mini on iOS 16.1.1.

Caution
Turns off and does not function. Will work for a few moments but will tick every single sensor on your car. This can destroy fuses and ecu modules. Terrible value. Bad quality. Does not fit models advertised. If you’re good with cars it’s easy to install but it does not function. This could cause random faults with sensors, random shut offs, and short circuit your computers.

Works great if you install it correctly
Installation is not easy at all but the product works great and is half the price of similar items on the market. The device is quick and works really well. But have to emphasize how tough it is to install and that you have to pay attention to the instructions closely or your unit won’t function properly, had to spend 2 hours troubleshooting it.

Lexus GS 350
This works great! Still a more affordable option compared to beat sonic or Grom Vline. Plug and play super easy. Also my flaw is that it take about 10 seconds before everything gets booted up also Audio Quality did degrade a bit depending on song.

Utter Junk
DO NOT BUY!! This is designed to fit too many Lexus’ so it’s integration seems only halfway. It rendered my mouse useless to where I had to essentially tab through menu options. It was a trial and error nightmare to install on top of having to take my whole center console apart. It constantly changed my hvac settings and needed resetting to work most of the time. The placement on the screen only partially covered up the Lexus OS leaving a stripe with the latter visible which would freak out sometimes and flash. It trashed my sound system to where max volume was a 3rd of what it should have been and was very low quality. I couldn’t hear anything when driving. I can’t express more that this is trash!!!

Android Auto works automatic
Used to install Android Auto in 2020 Lexus rx350 f sport. Works flawlessly, as soon as you get in and start the car it boots up into Android Auto like factory. Only thing missing in directions was a wire you need to install underneath the controller/menu button, do not forget this wire because without it your touches will hit the old system along with the new system and it's a pain to have to tear everything back apart once you figure it out like I had too..... LoL great system overall, had it a little over a month and it has worked flawlessly!

You get what you pay for
This is installed on a 2017 Lexus LX570. The install instructions are pretty poorly written and the kit is for a variety of models of car so there is a bit of trial and error to figure it out. The audio quality is compromised as well since this seems to be applying its own equalizer curves that cut the low and high frequencies without ability to adjust them at the extremes. This is a problem for an audio system like the Mark Levinson which normally gives an extremely high quality full range frequency response and needs no EQ correction. Non ML systems may not notice a difference. Because this is a digital overlay of carplay superimposed on the OEM display, all of the button clicks are still operating the OEM menus in the background so it will sometimes switch audio sources, change HVAC settings, make a phone call or interact with navigation/maps. After the first 3-4 trips driving, the screen has started to black out for a minute or two randomly though audio continues playing. The rear passenger screens are now almost useless. When playing a DVD, one screen flickers off and on every 10-15 seconds and the other screen just displays solid bright green. The display is very nice on this particular screen and carplay is crisp and bright with no stretching despite the wide aspect ratio. I'm not sure what I expected for the price but it seems I could have paid 2-3x more for certain other established brands and had no better experience. It's a shame toyota/lexus took so long to integrate CarPlay into their OEM systems.

Good overall
I works well so far after 2 weeks on my RX 350. The installation takes a decent amount of time but not that hard. High chance that you with need that joystick wire to intercept the OEM and carplay system makes it not control the OEM while you on Carplay. Carplay has delay between screen and sound but it's acceptabl and good overall, sound still has the same quality with the OEM. Overall it's a great upgrade and recommend if you really want to up to date
