Excellent quality hard case, holds everything we need securely, plus the mesh compartment has plenty of room for the HDMI and USB cables. The PowerA Comfort Grip is a bit more snug than the standard grip that comes with the unit, but it comes out easily enough. The double zippers are a nice touch, and work smoothly. We didn't notice any strong odor that some others have mentioned, perhaps that issue was corrected. Secures every single component of my Switch. Pictures matches the item exactly. Nothing budges. The interior foam is a firm foam that I feel confident will be able protect my investment. I do not get a sense it will scratch the screen. The zippered sleeve on the lid can hold a few items. You can store the HDMI cable and 2-3 game cases if you would like. The game card straps are a bit tight but extremely secure. Zipper, carrying buckles, are high quality. The outside case is very hard and protective. I can give hit good, hard knocks and have no concerns about the shell collapsing. While I would not do it, I think this case can be kicked around without showing much damage. I was very comfortable taking a flight with this case. I had not concerns regarding the protection. One important note, this case does NOT tell people I have an expensive Nintendo Switch system for those would be thieves. Its a simply nondescript case. Exactly what you need for a gaming case.One criticism is the carrying strap. It is a bit cumbersome with two overlapping straps. It is easy to accidentally only grab one strap causing the other to slid. Minor nuisance. Otherwise, it is comfortable.Overall, I highly recommend this case without reservation. I thought it would be a little bulky and weird to cure around. But the quality is really nice and it has perfect fits for your system (with joy cons attached), joy con grip (with 2 more joy cons), pro controller and dock. But you get that all from description. But all your gear drops into the slot without any pushing. You could just let it go with your hand and it fits perfectly into its slot. And all the stuff is protected with some kind of Styrofoam insulation.What I wasn't sure about was the inside pocket. I was hoping for that because maybe I could squeeze in a few more accessories. You can... But it won't close if filled with any bulk. The cartridge pocket is REALLY rigid. And that's good! Because it firmly holds in your gear and keeps it from bouncing around.I was scared I was missing the shoulder strap, because then I would be left with nothing but a a snug little handle. But it's inside the zipper pocket. Again, it's a really nice.All in all this is a pretty impressive case. It's too bad I didn't have anything like this for PlayStation or GameCube. But then those systems weren't the small. And the accessories weren't as much fun.
