With that said, I have not verified how hot it actually gets (in degrees F), but I did notice that my pancakes turn out perfectly when I set the temperature at 250 degrees F. The instructions for the pancake mix that I use call for 375 degrees F. Based on my experience, I would suggest to start with a lower temperature setting and raise the temperature if needed.
