Not bad but not the best. it's a mediocre item. However, this is made in the USA, which gives it good value.

I use these little packs for a sinus rinse almost every day. The solution helps be breathe better. I am on a blood thinner and find that using them with cool water helps avoid nose bleeds. My only problem was that the box holding the packets arrived torn and slightly crushed. I simply filled by other box with the new packets.

Good price for saline packets. I use these mixed in distilled water along with a small adapter in my Navage. MUCH cheaper than buying the Navage pre-mixed saline solution.

I have chronic rhinosinusitis and never found anything to help, not even medical sprays prescribed by doctors. I've been using this product for a few years now. It is very effective in providing symptomatic relief of nasal congestion caused by allergy, or the common cold. Other people have used this product on my recommendation, and they too find it effective. The product dissolves easily in lukewarm water. I'd advise new users to use a weaker solution until they are used to the cleansing action - it can cause some temporary, slight irritation if you use too strong a solution, or if your sinuses are really sensitive.
