Love it! Nice and long, thicker than my other ones. Traction is good and thick enough not to stick to you if you get very sweaty!

It's a nice matt, I wouldn't say "extra thick" more look "comfortable medium thick" it's better than the thin mats at the gym by a long shot, but also isn't so thick that it becomes a huge hassle to carry. 4/5 for the advertising being a bit off I think.

Hubby is just starting yoga and complained that my mat was too thin. He loves this one! There are ridges on one side and one side is smooth. Rolls right up and is easy to use. Super comfortable on the foot and joints and he doesn't sink into it too much. Really good quality too!

This is exactly what I was looking for. I bought it four years ago, and it has held up well. I am 5'10", and it is long enough for me to do my push-ups, sit-ups, and stretches. Additionally, the mat is thick enough to provide comfort for my knees, hips, and hands/wrists. It's a great product!

UPDATE: I've been using this since December 29th 2024, I reviewed this in March. It's still great and despite damage due to dog nails doesn't have heavy tears. Using it outside hasn't done big damage on concrete or stone flooring. I will mention that I hose it down in the shower or outside to clean it and she's even (unfortunately) thrown up on it and it's been a quick clean and dry. If you want to use this for your dogs for any reason this is a great solution, especially if you're working with dogs that might eat bedding but won't touch foam! ORIGINAL: I ordered this yoga mat and cut it in half to use it as a portable place for my dog until we have the space for an indoor cot or KILMB. The benefit is I can also use this on the go like in dog training or when we go on training outings! So far though her nails have done some damage to it the mat has been very comfy and easy to clean if you're using it for your pets. The size is fantastic so if you'd want to use this for yoga I'd say this works for almost all heights! It's not very slippery but light enough to nudge with your feet if you need to. I can't speak to the support but my dog likes laying on it vs the floor (especially in cooler periods) so it must be more comfortable. She eats up beds so I'm waiting for her to grow out of it to have a bed in the living room as she doesn't sleep on the floor or her crate at night. As you can see her tail is going a mile a minute in the photo as she loves things for her and she loves being asked to do something if it makes her feel helpful! The photo was before i trimmed it in half but it's still got a great space range for an amstaff mix that's around 60 lbs even when cut in half if you want to use it as a crate mat or support/cushioning for a dog cot. Genuinely? I might actually buy this for myself to help with my knee injury exercises.

Ich habe die Yogamatte nun seit 2023 im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Hier meine Eindrücke im Detail: Die Matte wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Material fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an und hat keinen unangenehmen chemischen Geruch, wie es bei manchen günstigeren Matten der Fall ist. Sie ist rutschfest, was mir besonderes wichtig ist. Mit einer Dicke von 1,3 cm bietet die Matte eine gute Balance zwischen Dämpfung und Stabilität. Ich spüre den Boden bei stehenden Posen gut, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Auch bei längerem Sitzen oder Knien ist ausreichend Polsterung . Die Matte lässt sich mit einem feuchten Tuch problemlos reinigen. Bisher haben sich keine Flecken oder Abnutzungen gezeigt. Fazit: Insgesamt eine tolle Yogamatte mit gutem Grip, ausreichender Dämpfung und einem hochwertigen Gefühl. Für Anfänger wie auch Fortgeschrittene eine klare Empfehlung.
