MUST HAVE!
My husband has recently had some major medical procedures/issues and it has made me much more comfortable knowing that all his important medical information is there for a fist responder to find if ever necessary. The app and inputting all the is very easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for everyone to have in case of emergencies!
I wish I'd come up with this idea a lot sooner because there are so many people who could benefit from using these! I am a caregiver for a disabled veteran who is also my husband, I also know quite a few caregivers with disabled veterans at home, I purchased this set to see if I could enter information based on my profession as a caregiver, for instance, the first page that somebody would see after scanning the code is all in caps and it says that I have a disabled veteran at home please contact him at this number first. Now I feel better about being out of the house for long periods of time and such because if anything bad were to happen to me, hopefully somebody would have a cell phone and could scan my code to get the message to my husband immediately. I'm ordering more as I've already used up the ones I purchased here ☺️. I'm also going to check out some of the other products that MyID offers so that I can have the same QR code on my SmartWatch, as well as maybe a bracelet or necklace with the code, I haven't decided yet. Fantastic product! Thank you!

My IDEA VERY
I love this. My husband has seizers, and has had a few out by him self and it is an easy why for EMTS to scan and get all the information on medication , Doctors that he see and when he takes his medication. it is easy to set up it is not l hard and cost NOTHING but the $20.00 0r so. that is it. and if you need more sticker because something happened to the ones that you got the codes are linkable. I have put one on his state ID, on he I watch and, on he's phone. to make it easy for police or EMTS to find.

Great to stick on your phone case in case of emergency.
You use these stickers with a free ap called MyID. You enter in all your medical information on the app and then if there's an emergency and you are non-responsive or unable to speak anyone with a QR code reader can get important medical information without unlocking your phone. As someone with diabetes, among other issues, I think these stickers, combined with the app could save a life.

Pretty good
I think this is a great idea and an excellent product for the price. I'd like it better if there were formal places in the software (free, on-line) for: 1. Medical plan information. 2. Contact information for your physician 3. Any allergies to medications 4. Any medications currently prescribed. All of the above are basic medical history information that EMS anywhere is trained to ask you for. You can shoehorn that information into the free tier but it would be nicer if they made explicit space for it.

Update: Beware: Significant subscription cost for previously free features beginning Oct 2024
Updated review: As of Oct 2024, most of the features that came free with this product when I originally purchased this product are now going to be $30 USD/year for an individual plan. Don’t get me wrong, I get that it requires money to provide an ongoing service & I didn’t expect these features to remain free forever but there is no way I’m adding that amount to my already ever-expanding list of growing subscription costs. On top of that, I can easily make a DIY solution that does the exact same thing as this product for virtually no cost at all that doesn’t involve questionable management of my sensitive medical data, like this product does. Original review: I got these stickers to have all my pertinent medical info readily accessible case of an emergency on a device that I have to wear on my wrist at all times & it works quite well for that purpose. The device is a control magnet for my VNS (Vagal Nerve Stimulator) implant & the smaller size of these stickers fit quite nicely on it. I kind of wish that MyID included or sold non-adhesive static cling vinyl (AKA “peelies“) coverings to go over top of these stickers but still show what the stickers are for, as I don’t really want any random person with a cell phone to be able to gain access to all my emergency medical info by simply scanning a QR code or entering the info on the sticker. It wasn’t that hard to come up with a solution to this potential issue myself but it’s not a particularly elegant-looking solution. My biggest concern with this product is the privacy of my medical data in terms of how MyID handles it. I totally get why this product cannot be HIPAA-compliant because it involves me needing to openly communicate my pertinent medical information to anyone that can see that sticker but I feel like they can do a lot more to ensure me that my medical info will remain private on the back end & not to be used for commercial exploitation. What really got me thinking about this was when I was filling out my medical info on MyID’s website, listing my medications & doctors, the fact it was asking me to rate & review my medications & doctors without any sort of opt-out option for sharing any of this info definitely made me feel like this info is being sold to the unnamed “trusted partners” mentioned in their EULA that you have to agree to, to sign up & use their product. I would gladly pay 2x what I paid for these stickers to have a lot more peace of mind that my medical info is not being sold. I’m using this product for now because I need to have my medical info readily available in case of an emergency but if I find a similar product with a lot less dodgy wording in the legal agreement, I assure you that I’m going to switch to using that product. I am willing to amend this review if my privacy concerns are demonstrated to be unwarranted.

So easy to set up and use!
Having a very complex medical history I'm very relieved to find something that is so easy to use and contains my complete medical information. Ste is secure. It is so nice to have a great summary that is easy to update and readily available from any device. I've added my mother's profile and an additional sticker set to manage both of our info in one spot.

Just an FYI, this is American. Also if you want to access certain features, you need to upgrade to pro and pay a monthly fee. Sure, great depending on your situation (and if was Canadian)... but the info on the product page says FREE and does not mention ANYWHERE that you have to upgrade to pro for certain feature... I'm not paying an American company to hold my medical information, especially with everything going on right now in the US.
