## Questions & Answers

**Q: The timer to turn on/off is not working. and the manual is very vague on the explanation. how do i know if it's damage or i'm doing something wrong?**
A: I turn the light on, then the button above on/off has a different color for each timer.  You should have a color showing on the on/off “remote”.  For instance, I want 12 hours light, so I make sure purple is lit up.

**Q: If it gets disconnected from power while on will it turn on when the power comes back? Or does it have to be manually turned back on?**
A: One time I unplugged it by mistake. It seemed to  need to be reset to start and stop automatically. But, after that, it was fine again.

**Q: Can this be used as a replacement for a dome lamp for a reptile tank or cage?**
A: I doubt it because there's not much heat. There are many options under lights and reptile care. Probably as cheap as this. You might just need a light bulb.

**Q: Where do I go to report if my order was missing a piece? I got the package on time but the pole is missing.**
