Review: While it worked, I loved it. - We bought this product when my daughter was 3 months old. It worked great in our apartment. We bought a house and had to set up new internet information on it. The camera initially connected just fine and I was able to see her bed in my phone. Then the same day, it stopped working when I laid her down for a nap. I tried everything in they suggest on their website and app. Nothing work. So I disconnected the camera from my app and tried to add it again but it wouldn’t. It connects to my router but won’t connect to Hubble’s server. The camera literally says “our servers are not responding right now, please try again after some time.” We tried everyday for two weeks. Nothing. After two days, I sent an email to their customer support explaining the situation and received a case number email back which said I should hear from them in 2 business days. After 10 days (7business days) with no response, I emailed them back. Only to receive another case number. It’s been 12 days and have not received any email. They do not have a customer service phone number. So I guess that was $125.00 down the drain ($75.00 for the camera and $50 for the premium subscription) Find something else.
