Really Good Yolks
This is a 100% positive review! The yolks lasts for ages in the fridge. The flavour is excellent. Very slightly grainy if you are a connoisseur. Overall excellent value and a great buy. I would recommend.

Not clear what to expect
I was so disappointed to find they were chilled with a limited life and only a few days left once opened. The description hadn't made that clear - I had expected dried eggs yolks with a long life, but these were obviously meant for use in restaurants. So I made an expensive mistake and wasted my money because I didn’t use them at all.

Not very good, I opened a fresh bottle and made Vietnamese egg coffee with it and the egg left a very acidic taste in my mouth.
