Clean it up while it's still hot, rinse/scrub, and reheat to lightly oil. Patina has begun after only two uses. Doubt it will ever get put away as it looks so formidable sitting on the grates.

Wasn't expecting it, but fell in love with this griddle. Our glass top stove had the griddle option of one long burner. Love being able to set both ends the same temp and using the griddle as one long pan. Or reducing heat on the back and using that to cook two things at once, or keeping things warm. Amazing for stove top veg scrambles, cooking steaks and room for veg at the same time, or making foods in stages and keeping them warm. It's now my first choice pan for everything other than soup. Lol
