I just hooked this up this morning at the office and I have had to turn it back on twice. It just randomly stopped working those two times. So far it has ran a while without shutting off. Everything seems to be working right. The lights are really cool, the price was nice, and it actually works really well. I will be keeping this. It is a nice accessory to the office.

I have 2 of these and I love them. I like to have fragrance in my office and often use scented oils with a diffuser at home, so I wanted something similar for work. This is the perfect size for my desk and I think the look is sleek enough that it looks professional. Since its gotten colder I've just been using it as a humidifier and it seems to work fine. My first one seemed to stop working as well - i had to disconnect and reconnect the cord each time I wanted to power it on. This was after a couple years of use. I purchased a replacement and took the "broken" one home to dispose of it. i forgot I had placed it on the coffee table and when I came home the next day my husband had connected it and was scenting our living room - it was working fine! So now we have 2 and we love them. Highly recommend. I only took off a star because of the issue with the cord having to be connected/reconnected. I have the same issue with my 2nd unit but my first unit was not doing this for at least the first year or so. But for me its just a minor inconvenience.

I just returned to repurchase this item after 3 years of owning two. One has decided to stop working after 3 years of daily use. I have these in my kids’ bedrooms and I use them during the day every day, and each night at bedtime. Every. Single. Day. I don’t leave reviews on products, but when I saw the tag saying it was a frequently returned item, that confounded me. I have really been impressed that a $10 diffuser worked so well. In fact, it works as well as my expensive name brand diffuser. Buy it. You won’t return it.

i returned it after a week because it randomly would not diffuse. how does this have 4.5 stars??? i only read the reviews as i was trying to decide whether to request a refund or replacement. seems like at least 20% will not diffuse after a few months. i'm glad mine failed within the return window. when it worked, it was good and produced a fine mist that i could smell from a few feet away. one tank of water lasted almost 4 hours, though that's probably because it randomly paused in diffusing. as i wasn't paying continuous attention to it, i really couldn't guess at how much time it would actually run without the pauses. i like that it's small and has a simple design. i like that it has a light that you could set to alternate, stay at any color, or shut off. it's unfortunate that the diffusion was not reliable. the first few days that i used it, it randomly would stop and resume, though the light stayed on, so i didn't really notice how much that was happening. then i had to power it on and off a few times for it to start diffusing. the light being on means it wasn't an issue with the power. if you want a night light that might possibly also be a diffuser, this seems fine. otherwise, skip this. you get what you pay for, and at $11, this was the price of a night light, not a diffuser.

This is a small simple diffuser that surprisingly fills up the room quite nicely with the scent of essential oils.I kept it in the bedroom to use at bedtime and kept it unplugged during the day.I even bought one for my brother.One night, I started smelling something burning and could not figure out what it was, it was the diffuser.The plug started overheating at the base where it plugs in.I checked the area to make sure everything was plugged in correctly but no obvious signs of user error. It unfortunately stopped working due to this.For the price point, it’s not too bad but considering I had it for less than 6 months, I will not be repurchasing.I am now n the hunt for a new bedroom diffuser.

I purchased this almost three years ago, and today it has finally met its demise. I'd say it was well worth the money I spent. I use this in my office almost every day and love having the ability to add essential oils for a nice scent. I'd definitely buy again.

Compact little item i am very happy with it.

This product doesn't have a very good flow output, and the motor sounds like it's cheap amd like its going to cut out fast. It's alot smaller than I anticipated. It barely puts out any mist so it's not a humidifier at all, very small amount of aromatherapy output. The one good thing is that it has no metal parts so it won't corrode and rust like my H20 one did. Not happy with the over all effect of this product as I was expecting something slightly bigger with more of a steam stream output. I don't hate it but definitely would not buy it again.
