Pretty sure burn in is more marketing stuff than necessity. Watched a video about it where like the rec time for it would put most items outside of the free returns period or something. I'm no audio expert, but these are $20 headphones. Like I think the science is that it is such a small amount over such a long period that for most people it's more psychological? I never waste time with it. Too lazy/impatient. They sound fine enough to me.
