This product is definitely one of the better turkesterone products on the market, but there is barley any turkesterone in this product that your body will actually obsorb probably around 7.5mg if you take 3 servings a day!

And I paid a premium for this liposomal form since I wanted the best quality. In a nutshell, I did not notice any difference in performance, recovery, or any other benefit from using this product.
