It was perfect and so good to help the pain and swelling on my knee.

I bought this & the much more expensive Newgo wrap. I prefer this one by far. It is easier to wrap round the knee & get pretty good contact on all areas. I needed them post knee surgery & this works brilliantly- it stays cold enough for the advised 20 mins & freezes back up pretty quickly. If you are a bigger person you may need a bigger one for 360 coverage.

I've only used the hot option and have found it doesn't last the full twenty minutes from one round of microwaving. The edges also get a lot hotter than the part that actually goes on the knee which makes it annoying to put on. And the writing on the pack goes on the inside which is confusing. It is not well shaped to fit a knee and the edges don't sit flush against the knee but rather they bobble up. The edges get much hotter than the part that actually sits on the knee which can get painful, I had to add some stuffing between one particular corner and my leg as it is super hot. But, it is very helpful for relieving pain and will become a big part of my pain relief system. I'd say it is great value for money and if you are in pain it will really help. I am very happy with this pack and would recommend it.

Absolutely amazing gets clod so quickly and reduces swelling massively and will fit all sizes and the quality is amazing and really helps reduced the pain and takes a lot to cool down so can keep on for a long time .

This has been a life saver after a knee replacement. I use it several times a day and it refreezes quickly between uses. Keeps in place well because of the straps. Good price. Really glad I bought it

If you leave them in the freezer for a few hours they are stiff when you get them out and don’t wrap very well and I find that you need something under the wrap to protect your skin or you get freezer burn. I wanted them as I had a total knee replacement and had a very swollen leg. They are ok and do a reasonable job but find that the top bit ( the knee part) is not as cold as the bit that goes under your leg. Certainly better than nothing and always useful to have but don’t expect too much. One good point is the Velcro fastenings.

I had knee replacement surgery and was on a Physiolab machine for 4 weeks. After I returned it I still needed ice so I bought this Comfytemp. I follow same regime 30 mins on my knee and 60 mins refreezing - it works perfectly! I love it!! Also it cools the back of the knee, wraps around the whole knee! Excellent!
