Do i have to buy constantly gels or lotions from nuface if i want to use this device? if not, what can i use as alternative?

Accepted Answer

Save your money and don't purchase NuFace device at all. But if you do, don't fall for their gel. Get some pure aloe vera gel and add a pinch of salt to ionize it.  I used the NuFace gel and found a) no difference between the gel and aloe+salt combo but also b) used the device for 15-20 minutes every day for 12 weeks and found no difference in my skin at all.

I'm wondering if this thing works so well why it only has a three-star review. I want to order one but for $200 I want to make sure it works

No the device stops working after less than a year.  Nuface replacement is very limited.  So I own 2 Nuface mini's which both don't work, one stopped within 1 year, the second one within 6 months bought online Sephora. When the device worked I saw facial lifting, removal of face wrinkles due to sagging, was worth the time & effort for me, my age is 50+.

If I don't see immediate results, does this mean I'm likely not to get any future results?

You should use the device for 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week for the first 6 weeks to see optimal results, and 2-3 times per week to maintain results. Clients have often shared they didn’t see a result until seeing an older picture – our eyes can quickly adjust to what we see every day. Please be sure to stay consistent with your treatments to ensure and then maintain your results. And always use NuFACE Gel Primer to conduct the current. How hard do you press this into your face when you are swiping out from your mouth and nose towards your ears. Do you press hard into the jowls?
