The basket is well made good quality stainless steel but the basket is too small.You get some flavour through the basket but not enough to make a good gin.I have gone back too boiling my botanicals in the boiler and this device is now in the cupboard.

Functions well enough, not impressed with the poor thread quality. Not a great fit, need extra gaskets to seal it up.

Doesn't screw all the way onto the dome. The threads were messed up. Returned and got another one, same problem. Returned and got my money back. I don't know who is saying that this works great or where they got theirs from but this was not a good experience for me. Bought so I could make essential oils.
