While some "builds" are labeled as easier than others, I find a lot of them a challenge (but I'm still learning). Only drawback is that the associated website (where you can find the parts required for each build) does not have parts labeled - you have to figure name and size of parts out yourself (with some research). Also - builds are not 1, 2, 3, etc - I sort of needed the hand-holding (for certain builds) but I reason that this is truly "how you learn" by looking at images, parts and then "figuring it out." Great books overall.

I just love this series. I now have this one along with the edition on how to build LEGO homes and LEGO animals. My boy loves and gets great ideas!
These are great MOC builds and beautifully presented... My gripe is there isn't a parts list and therefore you have to learn from the builds, but would be better if there were a parts list so you could order up those you need to make your favorite.

My Grandchildren have tons of Lego in a bucket. No need to buy more individual kits when you already have everything you need . May not be exact colours but the pieces are already on hand for what is required Directions easy to follow Find all the pieces required before you start to avoid child’s frustration
