If you experience the issues I describe, contact your service provider and insist that they check the upstream and downstream connections for your service. This router worked well for almost two years. I've had to replace it though because it would keep dropping connections, causing both the router and modem to reboot quite often. Review: Good coverage in two large house setups so far - I have no complaints about the coverage or reliability of this router. Went from a much less reliable previous router to only needing to reset when trying to figure out why the connection went bad and having it turn out my internet provider is actually the one having issues on their end. My one setup was in the basement of a tall four story house with relatively thick architecture, with no problems connecting from either third floor bedroom on 5G or 2.4G bands. Even close nearby neighbors haven't created interference or dropped signal on either of my two laptops or my cell phone during my 9 months of ownership. Had two TV streaming devices, up to three cell phones, two computers through wifi, and a third computer directly wired in. Only had issues with traffic when running up against the maximum bandwidth of my ISP.
