It works! I just had it out to max height today. It’s much better than the little spool things that come with cheap kids’ kites.

Works very well it’s long and easy to attach securely. It has a swivel at the hook end to help with the twist developed when spooling and unspooling quickly. I actually recognize the connector as one used in fishing tackle. It’s high quality very long and in turn very fun to send your kit out an 1/8th of a mile.

First thing before flying your Kite is to apply glue to the handles . This will keep the unit intact especially when flying your Kite. I leaned the way while flying my Kite the handles came apart I almost lost the Kite and spool
