Absolutely love this steamer, i bought a shark steamer last year but gave it away as i wasnt impressed with it. This steamer has so many attachments to use, plus 2 pads for floors, ive used several of the attachments to steam my home, and i really like this steamer, i bought it cuz my friend has the same 1, she was using hers all over her home loving it. I like its not heavy, its quick to start steaming, its easy to use, id recommend it to others, its not over priced either, and bonus it has a long cord.

Love the cable length, easy swivel head, bottom weight and fast steam. The only way to stop emitting so much steam, the maual suggests is switching the power off. The cleaning cloth became exessively wet/saturated during use, so to compensate for this I was working quicker to spread the mop more effectively and avoid water marking. Replacing cloth mid use as suggested in the manual was too time consuming. Could very well be because Microfiber is new so will wash both cloths that came with product by next use time. There is also the matter of a mid use refill with the 175ML which means distilled water needed a drain at the end of use. This is my favourite and the cheapest (£36.99), most capable upright steam mop from a mid to lower range. Very please. Diane

We found it easy to assemble, used for first time today, worked really well, floors look really clean, personally I would have liked cord to be a little longer so I could go straight through two rooms.

Extremely good value heats up in seconds. Comes complete with all the tools you would need and 2 floor pads. Works well and very good value for money. Nice long lead. In my opinion very good product.

Easy to store & easy to use

I bought this to replace my original one that i had for years. This worked great at first... easy to set up and fill, comes with little jug. Easy glide, fairly lightweight, good length of cord, steamed very well and happy with how clean my floors were.... But... ive had it about 8 months and it has lost its umph. Less steam, sometimes none at all, and now, when im finished with it and shut it off, it leaks out any left over water, i have to leave a towel underneath or find a puddle if i forget.. very annoying. Id spend abit more and get a decent one.. this is definitely 'getting what you pay for'.. altho ive noticed the price has gone up. Shocking!! This item really is just a short term solution, i will be going back to my orange named version.. may even treat myself to a green one.. trouble is, nothing is made to last anymore so not sure if thats a lasting solution either.. but i love to steam my floors so its a must have regardless.. just avoid this one if you want it to last at least a year.. as this one hasnt unfortunately..

This little lightweight steam cleaner mop is absoloutely Fantastic! ! Its so good …I cant express enough dont hesitate to purchase one all your cleaning so much easier this is so versatile but made even easier for me because it is so lightweight . The More exspensive brands My family have had …but they also so surprised that this one is better Very Happy. Jackie

Lovely steam cleaner easy to put together 2 pads and bits to use for the hand use first time used not much steam but realised if I held the handle lower you get more steam hope thus one last longer then my last one which had for 10 months

Attention à la prise qui est uk, il faut un adaptateur si vos prises sont françaises ! Je viens d'essayer pour la première fois sur mon carrelage et je suis ravie : facile à manier, assez d'autonomie d'eau en mettant seulement 175ml, et bien plus efficace que ma serpillière classique notamment sur les tâches que j'aurais dû frotter. Et puis, autres points forts : normalement la chaleur désinfecte le sol, et dans tous les cas, ça sèche très vite ! Je pense que niveau qualité-prix et accesoires, c'est le meilleur disponible actuellement.

It works well, my new cleaning pal. Floor dries in a reasonable time. Good water capacity, I like that the sound changes to alert you that it is empty. The pads are not so good, worn already, stained easily. Wish they sold affordable replacement pads. Still not sure how to use all the parts included as yet. Ok overall.
