What Does This Consist Of?

Capers, vinegar, and about a pound of salt by the taste of it. I had to pour out some of the liquid and top up with vinegar to make them edible. Way, way, too much salt in these.

What Is The Shelf Life?

Unopened at least two years! Open, refrigerate with a tsp of cider vinegar on top will last at least 3 months.... If mold does happen use seive and rinse under tap water, still eatable !!!!!!!

The pack consists of two bottles of capers.

Are these spanish capers as good as italian capers? do they taste the same if comparing like cures? vinegar vs vinegar or salt vs salt?

I find them quite delicious, use them on pizza, chicken picata, etc, at this price we can use more of them on different foods, such as salads. I cannot taste any difference from other brands or sources. I will be ordering them again!!

The size and flavor are great. I prefer smaller capers. The brine is perfectly balanced. You may want to find another caper lover because it's a huge jar.
