My son has locked my safe with the keys on the inside, is there anyway I can get this opened as code not working?

How do I contact customer services regarding a fault on my safe? The key pad has stopped working on one side I can only open it with the key now.

It's not heavy and easy to carry. But they providing some bolt that can be fitted either on a wall or on the floor. Holes for screw/ bolt are already in the safe back side and the bottom.
