Is it ok and how has it been using it .Please I need your opinion and is it electric as well?

Check my review. It is electric, it is very small so good if you want to save space. You would need to chop foods before putting in and can't run it for a long time as it will overheat. Soft fruits and veggies I think it's OK. Hard ones like celery and carrots it takes more time but does do it.

Can you do apple and pineapple in the juicer?

Yes, but you have to cut the fruits to fit into the juicer chute.
