Excellent product, been using it for over a year, and it does have great effect on a sound sleep as well.

It works. Everybody should give it a try. It is the basic foundational supplement you need for your brain and sleep.

I've been battling sleep disruption for years due to perimenopause. I heard about this product on a Stacy Sims' podcast. This is the best OTC product I've ever taken for sleep. I take diphenhydramine hydrachloride (brand names are Simply Sleep & Benadryl - it's a sedating antihistamine) when I travel because it's cheap and easy to find, but prefer natural methods when I'm at home. This is mineral based, and I get good and sleepy within an hour and doze blissfully at night. I like the clean ingredients, and yes it's pricey, but worth it for a good night's sleep with no morning brain fog!

I really am liking this product. I take it and within 30 minutes I’m settling down, and within an hour I’m falling asleep. Gently. I wake up on the night to use the restroom. Thinking I’m wide away. Nope. Lay back down. Just close my eyes and next thing I know it’s time to get up for the day. I’m still on the first bottle. This worked for me from day 1. I would recommend being patient with this. Take it daily an hour if you can before bed. Make sure to wind down for bed. Get comfy. Also work on relaxing your mind as best you can. You will think you are wide awake, but you aren’t. There are still times I can’t sleep quickly due to caffeine intake or heavy exercise etc. but this product works still on deep quality sleep once I fall asleep. Love this product
