Great fit for Zomee Z2 pump
Bought these to fit my Zomee Z2 double electric pump (24mm flange) and they were a great fit for it. In a pinch, I was also able to use them a couple of times for my older model Medela Manual pump (24mm flange), but they definitely fit the Zomee better. I feel like with more use or from constantly putting them on and off to clean them, it started to feel a little less snug in the original flange, like it was easier to get them in and out of the flanges... But still did its job great. Was able to get proper suction which helped get a good amount of milk pumped.

Life saver!
My wife says these are a life saver. Much more comfortable than the original plastic version. Just be sure to get a new middle connector/adapter part to to go along with them.

Very comfortable and can use with multiple pumps.
I used these to size down the collection cups from Idaho Jones. They provided nice comfort. I also use these with my Elvie Pump! I’ve tried so many inserts with my Elvie pump and I always have to cut them down because they are too long and cover a small hole at the top of the flange. It was very uncomfortable because my nipple would rub against the cup. With these inserts, they fit inside the Elvie perfectly! No need to cut them down!

Imani i2 plus
Exactly what I was looking for. I use the Imani i2 plus portable pump and didn’t realize I was using an incorrect flange. I needed the small ones and now I get 6+oz vs 3-4oz.

Didn’t know I needed these
As a four time mom I was curious if I had a smaller flange on the breast pump if I would be able to pump more milk out and the answer is yes. I recommend finding the correct flange size for any nursing mom.

Does not fit well in flanges
Pros: - Clear (makes it easy to see nipple alignment) - Holds up well in dishwasher - Fits in wearable pumps Cons: - Hard to get in and out of flanges, gets stuck easily Overall they are not bad and I really like that they are clear but they are slightly too big to fit in 24mm flanges which makes it hard to put them in and take them out. For reference, I use Spectra 24mm flanges.

It’s okay
I got the 17mm to fit my 24mm flanges. They work fine when I use them on the electric pump but they pull to harsh on the madela manual pump.
