Yes, but I would then follow up with alcohol or acetone around area that you are going to tattoo. Those take off any oils on the face.

That was a really interesting question, so I compared the two labels. As far as I can tell, the order of the ingredients is a little different and the label on the product I received includes phenoxyethanol. I don't believe that was on the label of the product you showed.

I have no answer to your question but I have been using this product for over 50 years and I have never had a problem.

I’m sure you can wash it off in the shower, the only issue I could see with that though, is it may leave a little too much on your face, that’s why it’s so good, it has a lot of moisturizer in it. I just wash my off with a hot washcloth. I can’t express enough how much I feel Ponds is The Best. I always get compliments on my skin, so many people have thought my daughters and I are sisters. Lol. I’m 56 and people think I’m no older than in my 40’s, I’ve only used Ponds on my face for probably 25 years. LOVE It! Hope I was able to answer your question. Have a Blessed Day!
