I've used it every day for the last 4 days and although I don't expect changes overnight, I feel that this will help with my slight double chin just as the ceramic spoons have for years. It's pretty comfortable but there is a learning curve when putting it on. I would not advise sleeping in it, only putting it on when you have time to sit or relax for 10 mins or so because you can limit your breathing.
