MUST HAVE!!!
We were hit by a flood. We were more lucky than most as we didn't lose everything, but we had no idea just how much water got into the drywall or if the floors were able to be saved. We saw our insurance adjuster pull one these out of his pocket and use it to measure the moisture in the walls and floors. We decided to buy this one and it has saved us a TON of money! It let's us know that that the moisture is going down in the walls and the floors and the other things we are doing like running de humidifiers, and fans are working. This is a greaat tool nd it isn't expensive at all. Easy to use and understand and even has different setting for what you are measuring. one for floors one for walls etc...So useful! Highly recommend!
