Any advice on how to reset it or please advise how to return for refund** A: Please can you contact customerservice@beureruk.com and we can give you some troubleshooting advice. **Q: What is the energy consumption at each setting?** A: 25w per setting. There are 6 settings, and the maximum number 6 uses 150w, giving you 6.66 hours of use for 1kwh of electricity (due to be around 34p per kWh as of October 2022). Obviously cheaper to run for more hours on a lower heat setting. Was very pleased with it for the first few weeks of owning it. Then, out of the blue, after minimal use and following all instructions throughout, it suddenly completely stopped working, with no sign of life at all when plugged in and switched on. I returned the throw and ordered a replacement (same item) from Amazon. I figured it was probably just a stroke of bad luck, a one-off, that the original throw had malfunctioned. Amazon were excellent providing the replacement, picking up the returned item etc. everything went very speedily and smoothly. The replacement throw arrived and, once again, I was happy with it initially. Once again it worked fine initially. And then … once again, after a brief, 4 week period of minimal use, the throw completely ceased working. I’ve returned it again, but I’ve not asked for a replacement this time. I will be purchasing another heated throw, but not this brand. I can see from other reviews here that what happened to me has also happened to others who’ve purchased these throws.
