The Sims 4 - Standard Edition

I use to play the original Sims, Sims2, and Sims3. It has been 8 years and I decided to get Sims4 base game and seasons. When installing, EA took over Steam, once the base game was installed and type in the code, you wouldn't need the physical cd to play anymore (which was a pain everytime you wanted to play... you had to have a CD). On pc laptop, I have to get use to the different commands to toggle camera angle, turn furniture around and angle it, which didn't take long. I wish they didn't go backwards in the game... don't get me wrong, Sims 4 is great, but if they kept a lot of elements of Sims3 that would be great. So, in my 2 days of playing the game it feels more like between the original sims and Sims2. This does bother other Sim gamers out there that Sims can't drive a car, they disappear in a mystery cab to go to work. There is that age old money cheat that still works type CTL+shift+C at the same time brings up a bar in the upper left hand corner, then type in testingcheatstrue, enter, then type rosebud or motherlode for instant money and yes, have your sim still work. I only do it to furnish the house and an extra cushion incase my Sim get fired for not doing their job. Sims3 had free roam of the map, but the load time was slow and Sims4 the load time is fast, but they don't have free roam. Sims4 you can't go grocery shop or go to the book store like in Sims3, instead click on bookcase to buy books. The only thing I don't like about Sims4, when it rains all the electronics break down and you can't cook when it rains... stupid, so you either call repai to fix them. So, your Sim is starving and uncomfortable, but you can order pizza, not good for a vegetarian Sim. Of course, they are cell phone savvy, no old fashioned landlines.

Could not connect to the orgins site for the download. Said it couldnt find a file it needed for their mandatory download. Don't know why as I have a brand new computer with windows 10 fully updated and nothing else on the computer. Will never try to download another physical copy of a pc game again!

I wanna start off by saying it is good product. It was brand new and packaged nicely. I had a little trouble installing it because I thought once I put in the disc it would automatically begin installing into my windows 10 laptop but no. I had to create an origin account and then when on Origin, I had to select on the option to redeem product code and then I enter the product code that came with the disc. After that, Origin began downloading it so after that I thought it was downloading from the Internet but it was downloading from the disc so it was faster. it took about 10 to 15 minutes the part that I was surprised about is that after downloading on origin from the disk , origin stated that there was an update for the game so I had to wait a little while for a 7gb update and then after that I was able to play. Overall good game.

Been wanting to play Sims for years. Finally able to get the game and many of the features I had learned to expect were missing from the PC version of the game. My guess it had to be stripped down some because I'm using a laptop instead of a gaming system. So okay...other than that, the game ran perfectly and it is a fun game. I haven't been playing it lately because I'm also an artist with limited time and I'll pick my first passion over gaming every time. So, I guess it's simply that I won't become much of a gamer anytime soon unless I suddenly find myself with a lot more free time on my hands than I usually do.

I read the reviews after I bought this and immediately was terrified. When it arrived, the game said on the packaging that it was from the UK. I was so afraid it wouldn’t work. And then I also realized my laptop doesn’t even have a place to put a disc!! Thankfully I did not HAVE to use the discs, there were steps to take and a redemption code that worked without the discs. It might help that my laptop is only 6 months old…but I had this downloaded in less than 10 minutes. I’ve been playing for a few hours now and I love it so much!!! I have no idea why there is so many bad reviews. The odds were in my favor for something to go wrong, yet I still had no issues!

I love this game, i’ve been playing the Sims since the first version ever came out. I even started with SimCity I think as a kid 20 years ago. It’s so fun, you can get lost it playing it sometimes which is kind of nice in these hard times. I just wish I could hook up my old games to this, because the expansion packs are not that impressive. I have this glamour pack that has the most awesome furniture and clothes and I had the cast away version apartments, university to name a few. I loved how I could just like switch from one world to the other and God to have multiple families or multiple different feelings of a worlds I really miss that and wish my computer would let me play my old Sims again or Sims four could literally re-create all those fun expansion packs again!

First, it doesn't come with any installation instructions. Next, when you put in cd 1 it takes you to Origins and does not install. You have to go to EA sports just for the cd to download on your computer and I had to mess with it on different computers just to learn this. This game needs to be updated! Its horrible to install!

This game is amazing I got it for my 11 year old daughter for her birthday, she loved the sims 3 and really wanted to try the Sims 4. She loves this game I mean people who have given this game 1 stars are just being stubborn for it being like the Sims 2! Anyway... I decided that I would try this game for myself, as she said it was wonderful... I'm going to go through many points with this review that will help you get a start of the game. Create a sim. Great a sim is wonderful I love it... Yes, there may not be a colour wheel to choose any colour but they give you a good chose of colours so I'm happy with that. You can move there body parts with just holding down the mouse and pulling in/ out. They can have tiny wastes, small eyes, tiny nose, long neck and ect. The hair choices aren't massive but they and very pretty hairstyles I mean they're are probably 20-30 hairstyles so their is plenty! The hair colours can be in purple, pink, pink , brown and a couple other coulers that I cannot remember. Their skin tone can be blue green then humane tones. I love how they have now let you choose how you want your sim to walk: swagger, feminine, snooty and ect. Of course they also added how you want your Sims voice can be. The age groups is - baby, kid, teenager, young adult, adult and elderly. Unfortunately they didn't add toddler which is a shame but what you could do with the toddler such as tickiling and stuff you can still have the baby. Well i think i have coverd everything with the create aeasier Building tool The building is so much easier, you can have half wallls and the reason I mention that is because it can just separate a room just ever so slightly other than having a big stuffy wall... What I did is I had a kitchen made a half wall and had a living room.

Essendo la versione del Regno Unito, non si può giocare in italiano, ma per chi non ha problemi con l'inglese lo consiglio, soprattutto per il prezzo più che conveniente. Il pacco è arrivato addiruttura in anticipo.

I wanted it since I was 12 I got it now and I love it. 😘😘
