This was exactly what I was expecting. It’s not extremely heavy. I like that the wheels rotate, so that you don’t have to pull behind or push in front of you, just wheel it along as you walk.The color (purple) is vibrant. The smaller case is just the right size to hold those items you may need to keep close.

This was a nice upgrade from my old suitcase. It is very light weight and built with quality materials. I did encounter a problem in the airport where the side strap broke on one side. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement and suitcase cover as a small gift! Wonderful and understanding customer service!I also purchased sticker decals to add to the suitcase so that I could easily identify my luggage. I received many compliments. Bonus tip: use vaccum sealed bags to save on space. Both suitcases were considered carry-on's so there was no need to pay for luggage fees.

This set worked perfectly for my long weekend trips. Sturdy. Good zippers. Plenty of space. Really liked the extra piece that held all my toiletries. Really liked the color. Matched site.

The quality of this luggage set is great—the hard shell feels sturdy, the wheels roll smoothly, and the color is absolutely perfect (even prettier in person!). It looks stylish and held up well on my first trip.The only downside is that the suitcases are much more shallow inside than other ones I’ve owned in the same size. I couldn’t fit quite as much as I expected, which was a little disappointing.Overall, it’s a nice, durable set with great style—just be aware that the interior space is more limited than standard carry-ons. ✈️🧳

My luggage set is a fancy gold color. I just love it! It’s great for airports because it rolls so easily and the big piece meets requirements for carrying on.

When new, this luggage seemed great. It has nice features and a nice finished appearance. Unfortunately, the hard shell is quite brittle, and has almost 0 impact resistance. After the Amtrak baggage people had their way with this luggage, it had catastrophic failures. On the large bag, the entire corner broke off and disappeared, including the wheel, wheel holder, and a big chunk of the case. The middle size bag had a similar failure, except it was one of the feet, and not a wheel. You get what you pay for, and this product is cheap.

My son just bought this set and we went on a plane trip. He got compliments from several people. The small bag that fits under the seat held more than expected. Being hard it was much easier to put under the seat. No loose straps to cause anyone to trip over. The carryon was roomy and was easy to store inside the overhead bin. Highly recommended

I got this case during Amazon prime days for international travel 3 months after I got it. I specifically got it for the TSA lock accessibility. I went on my trip and when coming home at one point my zipper was zip tie closed. I needed scissors to open my suitcase. When I opened it up there was a notification slip from TSA saying they opened it. When I tried to use the locks they wouldn’t stay locked. I contacted Amazon for help. They said it was out or the ‘return’ timeline which I already knew but was hoping since I got it during prime days something could be done. Nope, nada, no help. I contacted this manufacturer customer service. I relayed the same information as above and they asked for the Amazon purchase ID and invoice. As soon as I supplied this information the suitcase was replaced under the 10 year warranty.As for the durability of this case it made the trip to Italy, had several moves putting luggage in the bus compartment, and then several plane transfers to home. There were very few scratches on the case and the color stayed true. There were no dents either. I will be getting the smaller case to match for carry on luggage for future shorter travel. A very happy traveler using this luggage thanks to the manufacturer customer service.
