Once I was able to get it fully charged, the vacuum motor would cut in and out while running, new filters, clean hopper and clear tube & head, indicating an intermittent connection in the battery as well as the unsecured charging connector.Returning it was confusing. The product description says it is eligible for return within 30 days, a refund was contingent on the battery’s return, but the Amazon provided instruction with the return label states DO NOT return damaged or malfunctioning lithium-ion batteries. It took me a good bit of time to connect to an actual service person at Amazon, the chat told me my return window had expired even though I was well within the 30-day window. When I got a person, I am not sure this person understood my question, I was given a $25 credit towards my next purchase for my confusion, time and effort, and was told to dispose of the battery myself. I followed up with the question: To be clear, you will process my refund without me returning the battery? This question was answered with: So you want me to send you a return label and instructions? OK, this was not productive, I shipped back the battery. The return and refund were successfully processed.
