They appeared ok after treatment but a Toy Fox Terrier almost died from neurological complications from the powder. Cost me hundreds of dollars to get her back to normal activity (uncontrolled shaking, dehydration, etc...) I tossed it after the vet told me how lethal the main ingredient is...he stated it was basically used as an outdoor flea killer in grasses and weeds. I really like this stuff because it can be used on kittens, cats, puppies & dogs. I volunteer with feral cat TNR ( trap/neuter/return), & foster stray dogs. It's not always easy (ferals) or affordable to properly treat for fleas. This is versatile - one product, several animals. I sprinkle on puppy pads under traps & can sprinkle on cat if it is not too crazy when trapped. At least something to give them some relief from fleas. Have been using zodiac for years.
