So I have been searching for an alternative - I have used everything: Dunlop (Ultex, Tortex, and Nylon Jazz IIIs), D'addario Black Ice, and even Chicken Picks and Blue Chip Jazz picks. While they are all good, nothing quite replicated the feel of my favorite ESP picks: Either they were not Acetyl or the size/shape was slightly different.Then I found these. They are identical to my favorite ESP pick, except they have a nice sand grip on them which is a nice bonus. Acetyl has a nice warm tone and grip the strings a little more when playing at an angle, but wears quicker than Ultem/Ultex.
