Works on 2023 GMC Sierra 1500
Super easy to install. I can confirm it works on a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500. I wasn't sure but I took a chance reading of one or two other reviews here on Amazon as well as the OPT7 website, so I wanted to verify it for everyone else. It plugged right in. I had it installed for testing in 5-10 minutes, no tools. Completely done in 15-20 tucking the wires and zip-tying up. Plugged in my rear tailgate light bar and it worked as it should, using the tail-light relay rather than trailer-plug relay. No errors on the truck when I started it, lights looked great- running, left/right turns, reverse. Very happy with the purchase.

Works on 2025 Silverado with the Two Row Led Light Bar.
The description says it won’t work with my 2025 Chevy Silverado. I contacted Opt7 through their website and they responded fast and advised me it WILL work on my truck with the TWO ROW led tail light bar. The installation was plug and play except for the reverse wire. You just have to solder the two white wires together between the light bar and this harness. No modification to factory wiring was needed.

Works perfectly
Excellent product, I did not install it myself. I had a mechanic do it, but he said it was rather easy to install, and the wiring harness that I bought separately made it extremely easy to wire up extremely bright and accomplishes exactly what I wanted.

Good product with misleading labeling
Good wire harness which was easy to install. My only issue is that the harness was labeled backwards which required me to remove and reinstall the harness to get the light bar to work right.

2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with halogen tail lights.
2025 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation with halogen tail lights. I was hesitant to make the purchase for the adapter plug and play system and was not positive it would function as a reverse light either. Mainly because the OPT7 website stated that it would not fit my vehicle. That being said the connection was perfect for plug and play adapter. It was a super clean look for tucking the wiring away. The reverse wire worked without any issues. All in all I’m glad to report if you have my vehicle or possibly similar (I would also check under neath to confirm the wire connectors are there, yes the color of the wires is not identical per the install manual or videos but they do work without issue). I have no fault codes or trailer codes either and no hyper flash on turn signals or breaks. Highly recommend for any 4pin with reverse light, light bar you want to add to this truck.

It's looks great , and works great. Don't forget to order the plug and play harness for it, easy to install. makes the new truck look pretty sharp. Guys around town love the look
