Taste is decent and feeling more energy and my skin is looking glowing along with this B12 and a liquid copper supplement called Boron. Together working great!

So far very pleased. Arrived well packed and unbroken. Pleasant taste, not bitter or medicinal. If I hold it under tongue and then swish around mouth at end seems to be little to swallow. Doesn’t stain teeth. Seems to have helped with fatigue. I usually take nap after lunch bcuz I am tired but last few days have more energy. Might rest and read for while but don’t nap which helps sleeping at night. I ordered some for my daughter who has job and is mom/wife and always seems to feel tired. Hope it helps her too.

Update: 05-09-25 I'm updating this review because of the excellent customer service I received from this company. Because of the issues I had with the original product, they contacted me and offered a full refund. They did not ask me to change my review - it is my choice to upgrade it. I am totally impressed with their customer service. Not the greatest taste and the dropper tended to release product before ready - cleaned up several bright red spills. Think it was a defective dropper. No idea on effectiveness - more went on counter than went in me. Frustrating. Seemed like good ingredients according to the label but product delivery leaves a lot to be desired.

Fast clean delivery. After researching B vitamins I learned that the cheaper ones did very little to support your immune system. I am pleased with this liquid form that has three types of B vitamin and I do feel more energetic after taking this type and brand.

I will start by saying at first I was impressed with this product—it has extremely high levels of three different types of B12 and it tasted great... in the beginning. Because it's so high in B12, I only took a drop or two; sometimes going days without use. About 1–2 weeks after opening, I noticed the taste changed a bit—I thought I was imagining things or maybe I had a bad taste in my mouth. It got worse—I thought it smelled a bit rancid, and checked the ingredients... sure enough, there's oil. I thought to myself how can it be rancid? It's best by date is 10/2025! I put it back and then checked it a few days later, this time actually tasting it—it was awful and it's most definitely rancid. I mean, I have oil oil sitting on my counter that's been open for a year... NOT RANCID. I think back and can't believe I talked myself out of believing it actually went bad that quickly. I cook a lot; I know what rancid oil smells like. Being the procrastinator that I am, I waited to inquire about a replacement or refund. With that being said, I did initiate a request within the refund period, but because it had been opened and used, I was directed to their website—a website, than explicitly states in no uncertain terms that a "customer service rep will respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm EST." Yes, that is a direct quote. I know you can guess where this is going. That's right... no response! So, my only conclusion is that this seemingly reputable company is just the opposite of "Quality & integrity without compromise." I will give them props for one thing—their unwavering commitment to the timeless art of supplement seduction: Pretty packaging; impressive ingredients; false promises. This is the customer service of today, folks. Add to cart at your own risk—you’ve been warned.
