Note there is some flex when moving the monitor so I tend to handle the arm itself instead of grabbing the monitor to adjust the position. $30 seemed steep for a stamped piece of metal but this was the best deal I could find and I didn't want to scavenge the part from the monitor stand in case I wanted to use that in future.
